Manufacturing Technician – Voyager Campervans (Hudson, WI)

At Voyager Campervans, our mission is to create products and services that enable people to comfortably explore the outdoors. We design, build, rent, and sell campervans, offering a more eco-friendly and cost-effective alternative to traditional RVs.

Headquartered in Minneapolis, with manufacturing operations in Hudson, WI, we are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to help build the best campervans on the road. This hands-on role involves executing our manufacturing processes with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer experience. You will report directly to the CEO and contribute to the vision and execution of Voyager’s campervan builds.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate a variety of power tools efficiently and safely
Utilize woodworking and assembly skills in van construction
Interpret and follow electrical engineering diagrams
Manage shop and van inventory, including ordering supplies
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality control
Work independently while contributing to overall process improvements
Learn new concepts and techniques as needed

Qualifications & Experience:
2+ years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or a related field
Basic knowledge of automotive systems
Strong problem-solving skills and desire for career growth
Experience working cross-functionally within teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be 21 or older
Comfortable working alone for extended periods
