WHAT TO KNOW

before you go

In order to make a booking, we require payment in full upfront.

We charge a small cleaning fee for each rental. 250 miles per day are included in rental. Any additional miles will be charged at $0.25 per mile or a maximum of $15 a day. Your total mileage is spread over the entirety of your rental.

Your insurance may cover your rental, but you must contact your provider and provide proof that they will cover our vehicle. Otherwise, you may purchase insurance for a small additional charge during checkout.

We require a 2-day minimum rental. 3-day minimum rentals are required during peak times of the year.

Yes, please! If you can’t, we’ll just charge you the normal pump rate, plus a $5 convenience charge.

All the insurance info is in the van. First, contact the police and ensure everyone is ok. Next, contact Voyager and we’ll work with you to handle the situation.

Our vans are frequently booked out, so we need to adhere to strict drop off times. If you’re an hour or more late, you may be subject to late charges.

If you have an emergency situation, we will work with you to re-book or cancel.

We’ll charge the toll plus a $5 convenience fee.

You’re free to travel anywhere in the US or Canada.  Because of insurance limitations, we don’t allow travel to Mexico.

You’ll receive a card with information when you get your van. Should something happen, contact the number on the card and they’ll take care of you!
