WHAT TO KNOW

before you go

We always try to allow for early pick up or late drop off, but often have back to back rentals. Because of this, the only way to guarantee early pick up or late drop off is to book an extra day. If you would like to check about early pickup or late drop off, you can ask a few days before your reservation and we will let you know if this is possible!

Up to 3 days before your trip, you can cancel and receive 80% of your total amount paid. Any cancellation under 3 days notice is non-refundable. 

We charge a small cleaning fee for each rental. 250 miles per day are included in rental. Any additional miles will be charged at $0.25 per mile or you can purchase unlimited miles before your trip for $12 / day. 

Your insurance may cover your rental, but you must contact your provider and provide proof that they will cover our vehicle. Otherwise, you may purchase insurance for a small additional charge during checkout.

Yes, please! If you can’t, we’ll just charge you the normal pump rate, plus a $5 convenience charge.

Yes, there is a $30 additional cleaning fee if you bring your dog.

All the insurance info is in the van. First, contact the police and ensure everyone is ok. Next, contact Voyager and we’ll work with you to handle the situation.

Our vans are frequently booked out, so we need to adhere to strict drop off times. If you’re an hour or more late, you may be subject to late charges.

We’ll charge the toll plus a $5 convenience fee.

You’re free to travel anywhere in the US or Canada.  Because of insurance limitations, we don’t allow travel to Mexico.

You’ll receive a card with information when you get your van. Should something happen, contact the number on the card and they’ll take care of you!
