WHAT TO KNOW

before you go

Pick up time is between 2pm – 4pm and drop off is before 11am of your last day. We always try to allow for early pick up or late drop off, but often have back to back rentals. Because of this, the only way to guarantee early pick up or late drop off is to book an extra day, or a half day if that is an available option. If you would like to check about early pickup or late drop off, you can ask a few days before your reservation and we will let you know if this is possible!

YES! You must have a credit card on file with us before your trip. You are able to pay with a debit card, but we will need a credit card for your refundable security deposit. 

Up to 3 days before your trip, you can cancel and receive 80% of your total amount paid, not including the credit card fee which is non-refundable. You also have the option to take a 100% credit for future travel. Any cancellation under 3 days notice is non-refundable. 

If you are putting down a deposit to purchase a van, there is a $1,000 non-refundable deposit. This is non-refundable. 

Sorry, you must book at least one day before the start of your reservation. 

  • We charge a small cleaning fee for each rental.
  • 125 miles per each day you book are included in the rental. Any additional miles will be charged at $0.35 per mile or you can purchase a mileage package before your trip.
  • A $200 security deposit is required. We must make this charge via a credit card. This will cover any additional charges, or otherwise will be fully refunded upon the return of the vehicle. 

Your insurance may cover your rental, but you must contact your provider and provide proof that they will cover our vehicle. Otherwise, you may purchase insurance for a small additional charge during checkout.

We require a 2, 3, 4 or 5 day minimum for rentals, depending on the season.

Yes, please! If you can’t, we’ll just charge you the normal pump rate, plus a $20 convenience charge.

Yes, there is a $30 additional cleaning fee if you bring your dog.

All the insurance info is in the van. First, contact the police and ensure everyone is ok. Next, contact Voyager and we’ll work with you to handle the situation.

Our vans are frequently booked out, so we need to adhere to strict drop off times. If you’re an hour or more late, you may be subject to late charges.

We’ll charge the cost of the toll plus a $20 convenience fee.

You’re free to travel anywhere in the US or Canada.  Because of insurance limitations, we don’t allow travel to Mexico.

You’ll receive a card with information when you get your van. Should something happen, contact the number on the card and they’ll take care of you!
